Kevin Welch, our CEO, has a philosophy of wanting “everyone to be happy.” This happiness has no end, no barriers, and no favorites. Our Journey Together board leads initiatives to bring about happiness by making Journey, and everyone around us, better.
Journey Payroll & HR strives to be inclusive—fostering an environment of belonging and respect in the workplace. We believe that everyone should have the same opportunities in life, regardless of personal aspects like gender identity, race, family or economic status, or ethnicity.

This mindset is at the backbone of our philosophy of “Humanizing the Workplace.”

The Journey Together Board
Our Board of Directors for our Journey Together movement understand that spreading awareness is just the start of making an impact. Sharing data, history, emotions, and culture, on a consistent basis is the foundation of our Journey Together movement.
Journey Together's Month-to-Month Focus
